All roads lead to the internet, no matter the product, service or demographic. A business must manage it’s online marketing presence. Managing this presence is not an easy process – the evolution and constant changes to the way people communicate can be a daunting task. There are 4 things every site should have: Usability, Search Ability, Come Back Ability and Close Ability.
Usability: Besides good design and copy written to your customer’s brand voice, your site must also easy to navigate and on pace with current internet usability patterns. That is just the beginning.
Search Ability: Once designed properly, a company must then focus it’s effort on traffic. Do you have a plan and do you have the necessary tactics in place so that your prospects can find your site via an internet search (Search Engine Optimization). All online marketers must first have this process planned for prior to an effective online plan. To learn more on Searchability, click here to read our blog on this topic.
Come Back Ability: Once a prospect visits your site, are you giving them a reason to come back? For this to occur, a site must provide great content on the matter, an opinion, or even possibly entertain. The more information the better for users to return.
Close Ability: Last and most important, you’ve gotten them to your site – they like what you say, they like your product/service. Make it very easy for them to contact you, buy your product or get it at a nearby retailer.
How do we help in these 4 areas? All of the above.
